- What counts as a measurement?
- One person you invited who took the assessment and returned a result. Sending the invite does not bill you — a pending invite holds one measurement, and the hold comes back if the invite expires or you cancel it. Nothing is counted twice, and there is no overage: if you need more in a month, you move up a tier.
- What's unlimited on every plan?
- Roles and openings, résumé uploads and parsing, inferred matching, and every matched candidate's contact details. Reveals are free and unlimited — they are not paid unlock credits. Résumé intake carries a quiet daily ceiling as abuse protection, not a billing dial.
- Why is this less than the ATS I was quoted?
- Because Job For Me is not a system of record with modules and an implementation cycle. It does one job — tell you which of the people in front of you actually fit the role, and why — and it is priced for a real operation, not a procurement process.
- What's a seat?
- A person who signs in — a hiring manager, an admin, you. Seats are included with each plan and every one carries a permission level: owner, admin, hiring manager, or view-only.
- Is Job For Me free for job seekers?
- Yes. Seekers never pay. The people being measured do not pay for the assessment or for being measured.
